		<description>&lt;p&gt;Joe, you and I are lucky that we work with seasoned pair programmers.      I think we all start thinking something has gone horribly wrong if we aren't having fun, but do you remember your first couple of times pairing when things weren't so rosy?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For programmers especially, it is hard to be humble and often I find that my overly complex solution to a problem can be solved much easier and my pair will point that out.  It is at that point I must stop and use some of these tips.&lt;/p&gt;
