Where in the world is Wes?
I’ve been a bit busy lately, here’s a glimpse at the past few months:
- April: A nice spring trip to Sayulita, Mexico.
- May/June: New job started with a month of living in San Francisco.
- July 1st to 15th: A nice vacation to London and Paris with Jodi.
- July 16th to 20th: Another week in San Francisco where I woke up to an earthquake one morning.
- July 20-22: Camping near Roslyn, WA
Total distance traveled flying to date? Only about 20,000 miles give or take so far, not even close to people like Jeff Barr who travel the world on business… but a good start for me none-the-less.
- Round trip to Mexico from Seattle: About 4200 miles.
- To London from Seattle: About 4800 miles.
- From Paris to Seattle: About 5000 miles.
- To and from Seattle, WA and San Francisco, CA: 3600 miles.
And here is a glimpse at the next week:
- Weekend: Camping near Mt Baker, WA,
- Weekend (Sunday evening): A baseball game in Yakima, WA
- Monday/Wednesday: In San Francisco again, know of anything I should do while I’m there? Want to meet me for lunch?
- Thursday: A wedding on Orcas Island, WA
- Friday: Rest day… oh wait, I mean back to work in Seattle.
- Weekend: Another wedding, this time in Montesano, WA
I’ve been working on a few of my draft posts so perhaps you’ll see some more boring technical posts show up here soon.
