I've played around with Netbeans' ruby support. First off, I've been using Netbeans forever, and dig it in general. Their code completion for ruby is really impressive, and well presented. Unfortunately that being said it gets damn slow pretty quick. Haven't gotten a chance (or need) to try out the debugging features.
