I opted out of Unsolicited Mail, Telemarketing and Email: Where to Go To “Just Say No”

I finally opted out of Credit Card Offers, Direct Mail and phone solicitations. I’ve been meaning to do this for a year now and finally did it. It only took about 10 minutes and I think it’ll save me hours or days of my time over the next couple of years.

The FTC has this article, Unsolicited Mail, Telemarketing and Email: Where to Go To “Just Say No”, that will guide you through the process, go do it!

  2. [...] opted out of unsolicited mail earlier this year and today realized why that was a great idea. After being out of town for a month [...]

  3. Great idea, but the link to the FTC is now broken.
