Sleepless in Seattle
And now at 1:36am I am wide awake. I normally sleep from 11pm to 6:30am but today I slept from 2am to 11:30am thanks to the new year festivities.
What do I do when I can’t sleep?
In the past hour or two I’ve had a glass of milk and read articles on compact flourescent bulbs, organizing my finances, performance testing, sales tax deductions, and read a couple of chapters of The World is Flat.
Time to go lay in bed again and try to sleep.
3-5mg of melatonin should knock you out within an hour.
